Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client
1.1. Clients may cancel their reservation or service by providing written notice to TS Hospitality Services.
1.2. The cancellation notice must include the client’s name, reservation details, and reason for cancellation.
1.3. The cancellation notice should be sent to the designated contact at TS Hospitality Services via email or other agreed-upon communication channels.

2. Cancellation Charges
2.1. Depending on the nature of the service and the timing of the cancellation, cancellation charges may apply.
2.2. The client may be responsible for paying a cancellation fee, which will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the reservation or service.
2.3. The cancellation fee will be communicated to the client at the time of booking or as specified in the service agreement.
2.4. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation notice, the client may be liable for the full cost of the reserved service.

3. Refunds
3.1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation policy and any applicable terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties.
3.2. The timing and method of refund will be determined by TS Hospitality Services and communicated to the client accordingly.

4. Force Majeure
4.1. TS Hospitality Services reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations or services in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events.
4.2. In such cases, TS Hospitality Services will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative solutions or reschedule the service. If this is not possible, a refund or credit may be provided at the discretion of TS Hospitality Services.

5. Modification of Cancellation Policy
5.1. TS Hospitality Services reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time.
5.2. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the updated cancellation policy will apply to all new reservations or services booked after the effective date of the modification.
