All intellectual property rights related to our services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, belong to TS Hospitality Services. Clients shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Confidentiality
Both TS Hospitality Services and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the provision of services. This includes, but is not limited to, personal information, business strategies, and trade secrets.

7. Limitation of Liability
TS Hospitality Services shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold TS Hospitality Services harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities incurred by their use of our services.

8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes or disagreements arising from these terms and conditions or the provision of services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

9. Modification of Terms
TS Hospitality Services reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
